Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Exotic Affiliates (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Partner”) and any individual or entity applying to participate in our Affiliate Program (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”).

By registering and participating in the Exotic Affiliates program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Before joining the program, you must carefully review and accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or participate in the Affiliate Program.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below.

3. Conditions of Participation

To participate in the Exotic Affiliates program you must:

• Accept these Terms and Conditions
• Submit a complete and accurate Affiliate Application

Exotic Affiliates reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Once accepted, the Affiliate agrees to:

• comply with all terms in this Agreement
• follow marketing guidelines provided by Exotic Affiliates
• promote the Partner services in good faith

Specific commercial terms such as commission structures, placements, or campaign budgets will be confirmed separately via Insertion Order (IO) or written agreement.

4. Modification of Terms

Exotic Affiliates reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Affiliates will be notified via email at least five (5) days before changes take effect.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

If the Affiliate does not agree with the updated terms, the Affiliate must terminate participation in the program.

5. Use of Affiliate Links

Affiliates must use the promotional materials and tracking links provided by Exotic Affiliates exactly as supplied unless written approval is granted.

Affiliates agree that they will not:

• modify tracking links
• manipulate tracking systems
• place links on illegal or inappropriate websites
• promote services to individuals under 18 years old

Promotion in restricted jurisdictions is strictly prohibited without prior written approval.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in:

• link deactivation
• suspension of affiliate account
• termination of the agreement
• forfeiture of commissions

6. Commission Structures

Exotic Affiliates does not operate a fixed universal commission structure.

Instead, commission models are agreed individually with each Affiliate, which may include:

• CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
• Revenue Share
• Hybrid Deals
• Fixed advertising placements
• Custom commercial agreements

The exact payment terms will be defined in the Affiliate's Insertion Order (IO) or written agreement with Exotic Affiliates.

7. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions will be paid subject to the following conditions:

Minimum Withdrawal

• A minimum balance of €100 is required before a payout can be processed.
• Balances below this threshold will be carried forward until the minimum payout amount is reached.

Negative Revenue

Negative monthly balances will not be carried forward to future months.

Payment Reporting

Affiliates will have access to a statistics dashboard where they can view:

• referred players
• generated revenue
• commission earnings
• payment history

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any activity that may harm the Partner’s reputation or violate applicable laws.

Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• self-referrals
• incentivized traffic without approval
• bot or automated traffic
• misleading advertisements
• trademark bidding without authorization
• domain squatting or imitation domains

Violation of these rules may result in:

• immediate termination of the agreement
• withholding of commissions
• permanent account closure

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing 24 hours written notice via email.

Exotic Affiliates may terminate the Agreement immediately if the Affiliate:

• violates these Terms
• engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• breaches advertising policies or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions related to violations may be withheld.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
